Annette Jett, MBA, is a systems andĀ policy advocate, thought leader and passionate parent who brings a powerful blend of lived experience and professional leadership to everything she does. Her background in business and entrepreneurship has to led to her success in innovation in the field and with the people she supports.
Sheās the co-founder of Build Inclusion, a Kentucky-based nonprofit serving individuals across a cross-disability landscape. As a provider, Annette has helped hundreds of students and young adults transition into inclusive, meaningful roles in schools, communities, and the workplace. Her focusĀ remains onĀ creating greater independence and access forĀ marginalized populations who faceĀ barriers.
Her advocacy is grounded in both heart and strategyāand has made measurable impact at the policy level.
Annetteās Philosophy
Annetteās journey began with the birth of her daughter, which launched her into a world of parent advocacy and relentless research.

Annetteās leadership has led to statewide influence. In 2025, she co-authored legislation improving accountability in Kentuckyās vocational rehabilitation systemāpassing unanimously in both chambers and signed into law by the governor.
